5 Cures for a Bad Mood

Sometimes my mood just needs a reset. My friend says that yoga does that for her. She calls it her medicine. It got me to thinking, what are the things in my life that reset my mood?

  1. A walk- calms my nerves and resets my energy. Can be anywhere but under the trees or near water is the best.

  2. Creating- fires all my juices actually warms my body and spirit

  3. A nap- a complete reset for me

  4. Donuts- can’t explain this one, they just make me happy

  5. Morning chores- My little dishes and laundry morning routine puts the right amount of order in my world and mind.
